Project Goal:

The project aimed to address critical issues in user experience and website functionality. The redesign focuses on expanding the brand, providing a seamless online experience for various user types, and showcasing the unique offerings of Little Yogis Academy. Through strategic design and development, the goal is to enhance brand awareness, facilitate franchise growth, and make the website a valuable resource for parents, educators, and potential franchisees.

Challenge:

Little Yogis Academy faced several challenges with their existing website:

  • Facilitate Franchise Growth: Current site does not have any information for corporations to learn more and inquire about becoming a franchisee in their respective city.
  • Finding Information: Users found it challenging to locate necessary information, impacting user experience.
  • Mobile Responsiveness: The site wasn't responsive on mobile devices, resulting in cut-off text and non-functional links.

Target Audience:

  • Childcare Directors
  • Principals
  • Parents
  • Potential Franchisees

Primary Calls to Action for each Target Audience:

  • For Schools and Childcare: Learn more and reach out about implementing the curriculum. Find the nearest franchise to contact.
  • Parents: Learn more about classes that are offered. Find the nearest franchise to contact.
  • Potential Franchisees: Learn more and inquire about becoming a franchisee in their respective city.

Solution:

Update the overall design of the website to be more inline with the little yogis academy branding. Organized the main links in the header for each target audience to find the information they are looking for. Enhanced website information to provide detailed information on the website for potential franchisees to explore. This was done by highlighting a section in the header to house information for corporations that are interested in franchising the brand. Create a design that is responsive to make the user experience streamline between different screen sizes and devices. CMS was used to make updating franchises, classes, and resources dynamic and easily changeable.

  • Streamlined Operations and Customer Interaction: Implementation of responsive design and a dynamic CMS not only enhanced customer interaction by ensuring seamless access to information across platforms but also streamlined internal operations, allowing for swift updates and maintenance, ultimately leading to improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
