Sapphire Health leads the way in correctional health technology. With almost four decades of expertise in correctional pharmacy management, Sapphire Health develops software specifically crafted to meet the distinctive requirements of correctional healthcare professionals. The company goes beyond software provision, offering comprehensive training, customized implementation, 24/7 technical support, and robust security measures, all supported by a dedicated in-house team.

Process:

Project Goal: 

  • Increase brand awareness and acquire new client partners by using the website as an engaging sales/marketing vehicle.
  • Align the website messaging and experience with the brand refresh to keep Sapphire’s online presence up to date.
  • Build a turn-key site that will be handed back over to our in-house Diamond staff for regular maintenance, edits, and upgrades.

Challenge:

The main users are healthcare professionals working in corrections facilities or representing correctional medical groups.

Pain Points:

  • The current website conveys dated branding and messaging. Certain design elements are not very mobile-friendly, including certain sections (i.e. Homepage hero) and the contact form.
  • Menu navigation is confusing and does not display all pages.
  • The site is very copy-driven with minimal interactions, animations, and transitions to propel visual engagement. The current layout also lacks call to actions (CTAs) that will further drive user flow through the site and ultimately conversions.

Offer multiple contact channels, including phone, email, and online submission forms, while enhancing user engagement through the implementation of real-time chat functionality for immediate support.

Outcome:

The redesigned marketing website achieved a modern, visually appealing aesthetic, positively impacting user engagement and brand perception. Although specific metrics were not provided, the UI improvements and streamlined content presentation contribute to an enhanced user experience, laying the foundation for increased brand visibility and potential client acquisitions.
